We help companies to launch any kind of mentorship programs with ease. Templates for onboarding, role switching (engineer to manager), internal entrepreneurship assistance, and others. All that helps companies to keep Senior level specialist and increase the speed of employee growth

Current Status

We have launched as a C2C tech mentor marketplace 1,5 years ago. Currently, we have almost 300 vetted mentors for any technology or specialization. We have had over 4000 paid sessions for over 800 mentees.
Over 30 companies have sent us employees to increase skills or complete complex tasks with external mentors.
Currently are preparing the B2B Saas to platform pilots with 6 companies 250+ employees and work on presales

The marketplace is growing 20% each month

Problem or Opportunity

Teaching employees is 6 times more affordable than hiring. Losing Senior or higher-level specialists because they reach career limits is also very expensive for business. On the other hand, employees being remote might lose the company spirit and feel frustrated without understanding their career roadmap.
