Competitors

There are global HR softwares (like Staff Squared, Zenefits, BambooHR, LG) which are only data repositories of employees and Assessments (MBTI, DISC) that has behavioral information, but they are limited to deliver just a report. They do not talk each other, do not use the information to generate intelligence. It´s totally dependent on the ability of an HR professional to interpret the whole situation, create strategic actions, manage behavior, engage people and develop them. What we are doing is to merge both in software that uses Predictive Analysis and Artificial Intelligence. It will learn from the corporate culture and suggest actions to strategically act to engage and develop employees and reduce turnover costs. There is at the market HR software that doesn´t offers Assessment, and Assessment that doesn´t provide HR features, and even less using the two information to suggest strategic actions, and it is exactly at this point that is the disruption, an intelligent software to manage people .

We sell plans (SaaS) for companies (B2B) in Subscription model with Inbound Marketing and Inside Sales, capturing Leads through our HR Portal which has more than 290,000 subscribers. The companies pay a monthly fee based in the quantity of employees. We also sell to businesses and individuals through strategic partners, in the White Label model. We have 68 White Label partners as Sales Channel in Brazil.
