our average borrower is rejected by the banks for financing, earns about 800 USD per month and our loans make vehicle ownership possible. we more than double the universe of car buyers eligible for affordable financing. in brazil alone we are increasing the market by 20 billion USD per year for financing autos and allowing another 5 million customers per year a path to vehicle ownership who are unbanked, bringing them into the formal economy with access to affordable credit

we have a tremendous opportunity in Brazil with over 5 million car purchases of cars not receiving financing that are eligible for financing using the aracar platform for car loans.

only 25% of used car purchasers receive financing in Brazil. aracar approves 50% of used car buyers for financing the vehicle. for the truly unbanked we provide innovative products to bring vehicle ownership and financing to the masses.
Competitors
banks are our competitors but the majority of our customers cannot receive an auto loan from the banks and thus we are creating a market which has massive demand for used car financing. our customers are forced to pay cash or use informal borrowing at much higher rates than we provide.
Advantages or differentiators
we use our secured scoring technology which evaluates the risk of the loan and not simply the risk of the borrower. we provide the dealership services banks cannot provide increasing the efficiency of the auto dealerships to buy and sell more cars. we treat our customers as people and are much more focused than the banks of maintaining a relationship and thus keep defaults quite low and credit scores of our customers good so they can increase their living standards.

we generate several streams of revenues: origination fees, servicing fees, insurance fees, advertising fees. we value our customer and treat our customers as people increasing the value of our customer to over 2,000 USD. as we are a technology platform with a POS network our cost basis is quite modest relative to our revenues

we are expanding our brazil operations and money will be spent on working capital to build out the team as we launch the series B round.
