Our target market is Developer companies. We are aiming to operate in first in Georgia and other countries. As the constriction business is fast growing sector we aim to launch many companies and find partners. At the moment we think that product could be delivered at price 25% higher than same quality windows with non of our improvements.
Problem or Opportunity
For now cleaning window on high buildings takes a lot of time and effort , not to mention risking the life of actual cleaner. When you open the window for ventilation, in most cities polluted air is what get seen, with noise of great outsides and insects . Also the open windows may be a danger to child or a pet. Also ventilation systems need changing filter every 3 month but our invented system has self changing filter for 2 years, so it avoids expenses and makes comfort for user. Also its energy efficient having recuperation up to 90%.

We are aiming to solve this problem by implementing our hardware solution "self-cleaning windows" with an integrated ventilation system, which is controlled with the mobile application.
Self-cleaning process is done by spraying special liquid and mechanized wiper. process is either automatized or manually controlled with the application.
Ventilation system consists several layers of special filters , turbine, and ionizer(optional). It completely avoids the dangers related to open windows. It has: Self-changing filter (for 2 years),Recuperation (up to 90%),Air disinfection, 100% automatized, Smoke exhaust function in case of fire, Voice transmission system.

There are no direct competitors in the window or IoT market. Cleaning by hand takes more time and costs are significantly higher.

Expected price for local market is 200-250$ for meter squared. Depending on specifics of the order. For Ventilation system prices start from 350-800$ on 150 m3/h air flew, prices are various according to the additional punitions.

We have been in USAID acceleration program as a winner startup in Georgian innovation competition of Gita grant.
Won the competition and other awards
For now we have won Gita innovation grant competition in Georgia winning 30 000$, also we have been chosen from USAID as startup having potential on global market and we are invited in Silicon Valley to meet investors in October 2021. Also we have won "ClimateLaunchpad" 2019 first place in Tbilisi, "Tip Summit in Abu Dhabi" first place in Tbilisi, "Unicorn Battle" first place in Tbilisi.
