To make travel planning easier and to help travelers get the best out of their journeys, by providing tourist routes, information about tourist objects and useful hints, we have created a travel mobile guide Biliki (Trail). The app provides ready-made itineraries enriched with information about historical and natural places, touristic services like booking a hotel and renting a car, and recommendations so the user can save time on travel planning and follow the route while traveling.
Biliki is live on Android and iOS and has more than 6000 downloads since September 2019. At this stage, we provide tours of Georgia. We have a paid partnership with Toyota Georgia. Another supporter is The University of Georgia which contributed to the project as well. We already have several restaurants, hotels, hostels, and design stores as customers. They make their advertisement in Biliki.
Our business industry is online travel. The tourism market is rapidly increasing in Georgia. Georgia received 9,3 Milion international travelers and reached 3 billion US dollars as a market revenue. Increased travel market creates a demand for online services in Georgia. The global online travel market size is $1,1 trillion, Serviceable Available Market is $180 million and Serviceable obtainable market $5,7 million. Our customer is an 18-35 age traveler who seeks to travel on their own. Despite our product being interesting and attractive for all types of travelers, we plan to focus on adventure tourism during the first year. Based on the Tourism Administration of Georgia, 21% of foreign visitors and 4.6% of Georgian travelers are interested in adventure travel. In total, 1.5 million travelers are adventure lovers based on the latest analysis. Mainly they are coming from Israel, Germany, Poland, Ukraine and Baltic Countries. This number is rapidly increasing and we plan to target this specific audience at the first stage. They are interested in Georgian trails, hiking, climbing, extreme. They require reliable information and assistant tool that gathers all necessary information in one space, which will help them during travel planning and while traveling. This reliable tool is Biliki App.

According to the studies, around 48% of travelers struggle with defining the optimal route, 45% do not know exactly where to go at the weekend and 31% of travelers are overwhelmed with different sources of information. Moreover, google travel studies show that 74% plan their trip online, 45% use mobile while traveling and 80% of travelers require ready-made tours to feel comfortable while traveling. There is a demand for a mobile solution which will answer all the above-mentioned problems in one place.

We have decided to tackle the above-mentioned problems and demand by creating an app that provides ready-made routes, travel hints, guides through trails and helps to book a room and rent a car for the specific tour in one app. Biliki provides ready-made routes through the interactive map and all other supportive resources are provided in the correlation with these routes. So the user can find a car, accommodation, places to eat and many other services based on the route one plans to visit. Hints and tips are also created specifically for each tour so the user does not need to search for blogs to find travel recommendations. Integrated booking.com and car rental platforms help the user to find specific accommodation and transportation one needs for the trip. The user saves time on creating the route because routes are already created and save time on searching optimal touristic services. The rich variety of tours are created to meet different tastes and preferences of the users, fr om easy city tours to adventure and extreme. Each tour is enriched with the 5-day weather forecast. An integrated emergency call button increases safety while traveling. User has the ability to download the tour offline so no internet is needed while being in the mountains. We plan to add events to enrich the app and make it more attractive to travelers. This module will help visitors to easily find places wh ere to spend an evening or a weekend.

Our target is to have $80,000 in revenue by the end of 2020 which will bring us to a break-even point. Based on our forecast we will have a revenue of $2.1 million within the year of 2024, which will generate $1.8 million of gross profit.

Our starting business model is based on advertising commercial objects like hotels, restaurants, and stores as well as events through Biliki app. Currently, we sell monthly advertisement packages. Events advertisement packages will be sold on a daily bases. So the amount will be calculated based on the number of days a company wants to promote the event. We also plan to implement an experience sharing module which will create additional income by the end of 2022. Users will have the ability to purchase and sell experiences and Biliki will have a specific commission for each purchase made.

On the other hand, the current team and potential new members will ensure product stability and development.
