We have already made a deal with the city of Miami Beach to realize the first StreetBarbell Outdoor Gym in the USA! The devices are currently being charged and prepared for transport to Miami. The opening is planned for the beginning of March and will be accompanied / hosted by the mayor himself (Dan Gelber) and invited celebrities from the fitness, music and film scene. We also have a lot of prospects in the US who want to see the devices.
We have Kevin Harrington in the US as support - after the opening we also talk to him about an investment.
We would like to have a Swiss investor because the parent company, StreetBarbell USA AG, is founded in Switzerland. We will be operational in the United States. Hence an American partner / investor.

With the unique characteristics of StreetBarbell we are able to target many different customers and
branches- such as:

By March 2020 we are donating to the City of Miami Beach a full Beach Line outdoor Gym to get things moving. After the installation we'll be having a big opening ceremony with the mayor and many other guests and will be supported by local and national TV stations. For the entertainment we'll provide a little power battle where everybody can participate to win merchandise stuff from

By end of June/ beginning of July 2020 we would like to do the same on the west coast

There is a big need for public fitness areas all over the world, but there was nothing so far that
could be considered real fitness equipment for outdoor purpose. Sure, there are calisthenics parks
that come with a growing community, but still the big gap between the silly movement trainers and
real fitness equipment couldn't be closed - till now!

The Solution is StreetBarbell with our worldwide patented Variable Load System “VLS”!
For the first time ever intuitive training with a variable plate loaded system is possible outdoors!
The training weight is changed by means of disc support. This is nothing new in itself, but our weights can not be removed from the machine, but are pushed back and forth on stainless steel guides. The "weight stack" rests on the neutral axis of each device. To increase the weight now, push the discs onto the load arm. In this way, no weights are lost and they can not be stolen. Our system allows you to change the load in increments of 2.5 kg. This gradation is characteristic of professional equipment.

Whether young or old, beginner or professional - everyone can work out with STREETBARBELL.
With a minimum takeoff weight you can perform simple strengthening exercises such as of the movement apparatus up to professional bodybuilding with 140kg + per device and all with perfect bio-mechanics. In addition, it is fun to work out with our machines.

With our STREETBARBELL WHC Line it is also possible for the first time ever for
athletes with a handicap to sit on their wheelchair and operate a strength device. This alone is a novelty. However, you can also work out with the
STREETBARBELL WHC Line as a pedestrian thanks to the foldable seat.
Perfect for sports facilities, training centers, parks and more.

The chinese tried to copy it already, but got sued.
The ukrainians are trying also with different weight systems, but their machines are useless.
And there is also a finnish brand, but as the others not worth mentioning it.

We truly DON'T have any serious competition, due to our innovating and patented design / funcionality.

The amazing bio-mechanics are made possible by the unique and patendted VLS system. That system allows you to change weight as you are used to in the gym, but without removing the plates from the machine.
Its intuitiv and easy to use. On top of that every device has its own QR code which leads to a youtube training tutorial.

We provide 3 different lines:
• Standard Line - contains 23 machines for exercising in standing position
• Beach Line - contains 10 machines which you can place on any surface without anchoring
• WHC Line - contains 8 machines specially designed for people in wheelchairs, but also suitable
for elderly people and part time sportsmen. (foldable seat)

Also we are developing a cardio line for outdoor purposes.

Since beginning of the international Sales in 2017 we managed to sell 7'380 Units in 30 countries by local distributors.

Now we are founding a new company for the exclusive distribution in America and sell directly from the factory to the end user. There we are operating with a margin of 140% - 250%

Each device is approx. 6500 USD and normally we sell them by orders of minimum 10pcs.

StreetBarbell USA is a standalone partner company of MB Barbell Sports OY in Joensuu, the manufacturer of the machines and distribution base for worldwide sales (except USA).
StreetBarbell USA AG, based in ZUG, Switzerland and owned by Yan Markelov and Matt Lisowski by 50% each, is the only company allowed to sell StreetBarbell equipment in the US Market.

But the expanses will be in general such as:

To shoot StreetBarbell USA to the stratosphere, we are seeking in total 4 – 5 Million USD for 20% - 25% of equity.

We are offering a 5 year plan and two ways of participation:

→ Loan agreement

As for an investment and involvement we are looking for a strategic partner that can bring in his network, knowledge and will work close with us in every way.
In this scenario the Investor buys shares and has no yield percentage but dividends that will be payed out annually.

After 5 years we can discuss a exit strategy or keep moving together.
If there is no interest in the business itself, but the investor is seeking a lucrative way to invest his money, we offer in the loan agreement a guaranteed yield percentage of 10% annually on the invested capital. The investor receives shares as security deposit, that will be exchanged after 5 Years for the invested capital.

The biggest risk is that with raising awarenes big manufacturers of strength machines might try to copy the idea and manage to avoid getting in conflict with our patent.
