Landwey Investment Limited is an established company that has been in operation for the past few years, with a fine track record of quality service.
It currently employees twelve agents and has long-term contracts with various home building companies. This company is slightly larger than Compeer Investment Limited (CIL) in size and market capitalization.
Landmark Corporate Realty Limited is one of the largest and best-known real estate firms in the country. It has hundreds of agents and very deep pockets that can be used to counter any sort of competitive move.
Advantages or differentiators
Clients usually deal with real estate companies based on their reputation of professionalism and quality of services rendered in the past. This reputation is difficult to obtain by new firms unless its personnel bring it with them from previous companies, such as ours. Price and scope are also important reasons for acceptance, especially if the company is small.
We are expecting to be able to sell 24 units of land, 12 unit of housing properties and also rent out at least 20 housing unit in our first year. Our basic unit price per land on the mainland is N600,000.00, while on the Island is N5,000,000.00.
We are assuming we will sell 2 units each of land on mainland/Island each month and also sell 1 unit of properties each month. Those assumptions suggest an average sale of N46,300.000.00 for both house and land. We expect the first four months of operations to be slower.
We also plan to rent out 2 apartments each month with a constant up-front subscription fee of N10,000.00. The average subscription per year is estimated to be 20 clients. While the property leasing may not be the primary focus of our business, we are assuming minimum of N300,000.00 from each client per year.
Using these assumptions, we are projecting N1.7B in revenue in year 1 and N18.4B in revenue in year 2.
