HeyEla is a secure Swiss AI platform for boards of directors: it turns meetings into formal minutes with decisions and action items and manages the full meeting cycle from agenda to signature.
Current Status
More than 25 paying clients, from start-ups to group holdings such as Clienia, with over USD 200k revenue to date. USD 240k in open offers in negotiation and a further USD 480k pipeline. Active sales phase since July 2026, adding around 3 new clients per month. Clients report 80% less time spent on minutes. The founders have invested USD 480k so far, and we are now raising USD 600k to scale in Switzerland and enter Germany and Austria.
Problem or Opportunity
Boards of directors carry the highest responsibility in a company, yet they work with e-mail chains and scattered tools. The law requires compliant minutes for every meeting, which takes around 4 to 8 hours of work per meeting. Board data sits in the same infrastructure as company and team data, preparation, minutes, signatures and action items are spread across many tools and owners, and institutional knowledge leaves with every departing board member.
Solution (product or service)
HeyEla is an AI-native governance platform for boards. It records meetings in person or online and turns them into compliant minutes, including Swiss German. Agenda, pre-reads, documents, signatures and action items are all on one platform. All data stays in Switzerland and is never used for AI training.
Business model
B2B SaaS with an annual licence per organisation, not per seat, priced by company size and scope (board only or board plus executive committee). Packages are Basic, Pro and Enterprise, with an average of approx. USD 7,200 per client per year. Growth follows a land-and-expand loop: board members sit on several boards on average, so one client opens the door to further mandates. Enterprise clients can add custom integrations and on-premise hosting.
