Secret Mountain is the first entertainment franchise that talks back: six photoreal virtual artists with original music by Oscar Winner A.R. Rahman, in real conversation with fans every day.
Current Status
Six production-ready avatars built in Unreal Engine 5. Six original songs produced with A.R. Rahman, and Diane Warren is writing for the band. Core narrative and story universe locked. Teaser passed a million views via A.R. Rahman's channels, giving us launch reach into his 100M+ following. Partners secured: Google Cloud as strategic AI partner with $3.3M+ in credits, Gemini Live and Blackbelt; ElevenLabs on voice and cloning, MOU signed; Hedera, $400K grant; Ascendion, ~$500K in tech IP. $4.2M+ in partner support.
Problem or Opportunity
Fans expect daily contact from the artists they follow. Studios cannot give it. They release, then go quiet for months, and attention fades before the next drop. No human artist can fill that gap either, because one person can only be in one timezone speaking one language. Discovery has moved to social feeds instead of release calendars. So studios and artists lose their audience in between releases, and fans follow artists who never answer back.
Solution (product or service)
Secret Mountain is a six-character entertainment franchise built to run across music, film, gaming and licensing. The music is original, composed with A.R. Rahman and other global artists. The AI is in how the characters talk to fans . They hold real-time conversations on social every day, in multiple languages, remembering individual fan context. The characters are photoreal avatars rendered in Unreal Engine 5, not generated video. Music, characters, real-time interaction and transmedia IP sit in one company; the band is the entry point, and the story world is the asset that compounds.
Business model
Three revenue lines against one audience. Fan engagement is the largest at roughly half of five-year revenue, covering paid memberships and exclusive content, merchandise and digital collectibles, and live and virtual events. Brand partnerships cover corporate sponsorship and product placement across releases. IP rights and licensing covers animated film, music video, documentary and gaming licences.
