HEFT connects cows to the internet, helping dairy farms improve fertility, health monitoring, and herd decisions through smart collars and AI.
Current Status
HEFT is beyond idea stage and already in market validation. We have paid pilots in Europe and Ukraine, demand for about 130,000 sensors, and contracts close to signing for 3,000 sensors. We also have a network of 700+ dairy farms, 20+ LOIs, pilot farms, early advisor support in the US, and are now opening our pre-seed round.
Market
Our primary customers are industrial dairy farms with more than 200 cows, herd managers, veterinarians, and dairy groups. We are focused first on Europe and the US, where farms face strong pressure to improve fertility performance, reduce health-related losses, and digitize herd management. This is a large and growing market, with our initial focus on commercial farms that are ready to adopt practical monitoring technology.
Problem or Opportunity
More than 70% of dairy farms still rely on manual observation to detect heat, illness, and abnormal behavior in cows. As a result, farmers miss fertility windows, delay treatment, and lose $300-$700 per cow per year through lower reproduction performance, higher treatment costs, and reduced productivity. They still lack an affordable, real-time system that turns animal data into clear daily decisions.
Solution (product or service)
HEFT is an AI-powered livestock monitoring system for dairy farms. Using smart collars, real-time data, and anomaly detection, HEFT helps farmers identify fertility events, health issues, and behavioral changes earlier. The platform turns raw animal data into simple alerts and actionable insights, helping farms react faster and manage herds more efficiently.
Competitors
Current alternatives include manual observation by farm staff and existing livestock monitoring solutions such as Nedap, Allflex, Alta Cow Watch, SenseHub, and Moocall. Many of these solutions are either expensive, complex to adopt, or less convenient for daily farm use. HEFT positions itself as a simpler, plug-and-play system with self-learning AI, early alerts, and flexible sensor formats, designed for faster adoption and clearer daily value for the farmer.
Advantages or differentiators
HEFT combines smart livestock hardware with a practical AI platform built specifically for dairy farms. Our main advantage is simplicity: plug-and-play deployment, clear alerts, and a product farmers can use in daily operations without heavy setup. Unlike many alternatives, HEFT is designed to learn from data across farms, improving detection quality over time. We also have direct market access through a network of 700+ dairy farms, early commercial demand, and experience in building and scaling products for this industry.
Finance
HEFT generates revenue through hardware sales and recurring SaaS subscriptions. We sell each smart collar for $35 and charge a monthly subscription per sensor for monitoring, alerts, analytics, and decision support. Pricing is progressive: 6 months - $3.5/month, 1 year - $3.0/month, 2 years - $2.5/month, and 5 years - $2.0/month. Our main costs are hardware manufacturing, AI and software development, pilot deployment, support, and commercial expansion.

Offer for investor
We are opening a $2.5M pre-seed round to scale HEFT. Right now, we are focused on securing the first $500K from angel investors as the initial tranche. The funds will be used to complete product development, expand paid pilots, strengthen manufacturing readiness, and accelerate early US and EU market entry. We are looking for investors who can support both capital needs and strategic growth, especially in agritech, animal health, hardware, AI, and international expansion.
The main risks are hardware production speed, certification timelines, and the sales cycle in large dairy farms, which can be slower than in pure software businesses. There is also execution risk in scaling pilots into recurring contracts across different countries. We reduce these risks through phased fundraising, pilot-first market entry, distributor partnerships, and direct access to farms for rapid feedback and validation.
