Medinexify is bootstrapped and validated in three real hospital pilots, achieving up to 45% less medication waste and 99.8% accuracy while significantly reducing manual documentation. The system runs with 99.5% uptime in live environments. We see strong inbound demand from hospitals and care facilities, with 5 key customers in advanced pipeline, including 2 hospitals that have already allocated ~€250k budgets for implementation.

Medinexify operates a hardware-enabled SaaS model. Hospitals pay upfront for smart cabinets and onboarding, combined with recurring SaaS and AI subscription fees per unit. Revenue scales with the number of cabinets, departments and activated AI workflows, creating strong expansion potential within each hospital. This results in ~€200K+ ARR per hospital, with high-margin software components and additional revenue through integrations, analytics and compliance modules.
