Current Status
We are currently in the pre-revenue, idea-to-prototype stage, building the core infrastructure for AgoraX. While we do not yet have transaction volume, our value proposition is heavily validated by macro trends in the EU and US experience economies:
Problem or Opportunity
Solo event organizers face massive financial risk (losing money on venues and marketing) if not enough people attend. This fear stifles creativity, leaving audiences with boring or generic event formats
Solution (product or service)
Conditional Events. An organizer proposes an idea and sets a minimum attendee threshold. If enough people sign up by the deadline, the event is confirmed. If not, it is automatically canceled with zero financial loss for the organizer
Business model
Ticket Commission (7%): Free to list. AgoraX charges a 7% commission on ticket sales, collected only when the conditional event reaches its sign-up threshold and is confirmed.
Venue Commission (7%): The platform matches organisers with available local spaces and takes a 7% commission on the venue rent.
In-Platform Promotion: Organisers can pay for predictable, targeted ad traffic to help validate and hit their event goals.
