We are building a video-first AI demo agent that automates transactional sales and presale processes for software companies that sell through demo calls.

Current Status

We’ve built a working prototype and signed 9 LOIs with companies including Finom, Uxpressia, and Hoteza, representing $408K in projected ARR.
We’re now launching our first two pilots (pay as you go) with UXPressia and Hoteza, and are in pilot discussions with PandaDoc, SE Ranking, Nebius, and UiPath.

Recently, we also won the Global Startup Award for Best Team by The Ventures.

B2B software companies lose most of their pipeline because 98% of website visitors never reach a demo and up to 50% of booked demos waste sales reps’ time. Today, they rely on expensive presales teams to manually qualify leads or use static product tours and prerecorded videos, which buyers often skip. These approaches are costly, inefficient, and fail to deliver the engaging, instant demo experience buyers now expect.

The agent replicates a typical sales conversation: it qualifies leads, gives a live interactive demo, answers questions in real time, and guides buyers toward a purchasing decision.

We enable human-like or branded avatars (like a Panda for PandaDoc).

Our pricing is a SaaS with “engage demo packages”, charging ~ $10 per engaged demo. At the pilot stage, our COGS is about 40%, with a path to reducing this to ~20% at scale. This aligns directly with client ROI, as our AI demo agent replaces costly human demos that typically cost over $100 each.
There are approximately 175,000 SaaS companies. Assuming an average of about 4,800 demos per company per year, the total addressable market encompasses an estimated 840 million software demos annually.
To reach $100 million ARR, we need to automate roughly 10 million demos (~1% of all demos).
