Current Status

In just 10 months, OctoCore has won 13 paying customers, including BMW, Autoneum, KION, VAT, and General Dynamics. Our platform delivers measurable impact within weeks, not months, enabling real-time visibility and AI-driven insights directly on the shopfloor. We’re cutting the traditionally long industrial tech sales cycle by providing immediate value through ready-to-deploy use cases, built for the people who know production best.

Problem or Opportunity

Manufacturers generate more data than ever, yet most of it remains trapped in silos. OT and IT systems are fragmented, integrations are complex, and analytics depend on scarce IT expertise, making AI projects slow, costly, and hard to scale. Digital transformation is often IT-led, leaving out OT experts who understand production best, while management lacks real-time transparency of what happens on the shop floor. Business model

OctoCore follows a SaaS subscription model with tiered pricing per production site, based on data volume and functionality. Customers begin with use case–driven pilots (30–50k CHF) that seamlessly convert into recurring licenses as value scales across sites. Additional revenue comes from digital transformation accelerator services offered as a subscription, to be outsourced to integrators over time. This hybrid model enables fast adoption, predictable recurring revenue, and scalable growth across global manufacturing networks.
