Sentinus Assembly Intelligence monitors and analyses manual assembly processes in real-time to automatically trigger digital work instructions, identify errors, and provide live feedback to workers. Our solution can be applied starting at lot size 1 and offers seamless documentation, recording each assembly step with timestamps and visual evidence.

Sentinus licenses a scalable product, consisting of a hardware and a software component, directly or via partners and integrators. A complementary revenue stream arises from customer services, where we consult and offer custom features.
