VITA325 is an AI-powered mobile platform that transforms any smartphone into a smart rehabilitation tool—starting with lower limb prosthetics.
Al-driven platform + mobile app give analysis via smartphone to speed up recovery by up to 80%.
Current Status
At the moment, we have an MVP that includes basic functions. In order for rehabilitation centers with which we have signed letters of intent to begin implementing our application, we need to add several functions to it and conduct clinical trials.
VITA325 accomplished or participating in programs/accelerators:
1) Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund Mission Possible Batch III
2) Participation in the Startup Pitching Session at the EU-Ukraine Tech Summit 2025
3) Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge acceleration program
4) Women Entrepreneurship Bootcamp
• In May 2025, VITA325 founder was selected for the EIT Health Women Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2025, a prestigious European program supporting promising female-led health innovations
• In 2025, TechCrunch named VITA 325 among the Top 30 Startups for Viva Technology’s Innovation of the Year, spotlighting it as a rising player in health-tech innovation.
• In June 2025, VITA 325 participated in several high-profile international events, including Unicorn Summit (Lisbon), VivaTech (Paris), Startup BW Summit (Stuttgart), and NEXUS Europe (Luxembourg), with their CEO speaking at Unicorn Summit.
Market
1. Primary Customer:
Who they are: Individuals with lower-limb amputations (above-knee or below-knee), using prosthetics.
Primary condition: Recovering from amputation surgery, undergoing rehabilitation, or adapting to new prosthetics.
Pain points: Limited access to specialized rehabilitation centers, lack of consistent monitoring, high cost of physical therapy, lack of motivation or progress tracking.
What they want: Affordable, personalized, and convenient rehab support at home. Progress tracking, feedback, and motivation to improve walking ability.
Secondary Customers (Stakeholders & Influencers)
- Rehabilitation Clinics & Hospitals - Use VITA325 as a remote monitoring tool for patients.
- Prosthetists & Physiotherapists - Want better patient feedback and recovery tracking. Use VITA325 to supplement in-person sessions.
- Family members & Caregivers - Want to help their loved ones improve mobility. May assist in onboarding or daily app use.
- Public Healthcare Systems & NGOs - Interested in cost-effective rehab solutions. Especially in regions with amputee populations due to war or diabetes.
Problem or Opportunity
Currently, people with disabilities, people with prostheses, are forced to visit rehabilitation centers for physiotherapy and analysis of rehabilitation progress. The lack of a sufficient number of rehabilitation centers, specialists, creates queues, and also significantly increases the workload of working specialists. Our application will help to free up a large amount of time for rehabilitation specialists and help to concentrate on the analysis of already received data.
Al-driven platform + mobile app give analysis via smartphone to speed up recovery by up to 80%.
Solution (product or service)
Unlike most gait analysis or rehab systems that rely on expensive wearables or motion capture equipment, VITA325 uses only the sensors already built into a standard smartphone (gyroscope, accelerometer, etc.). This dramatically reduces the cost and complexity for users, making advanced gait analysis more accessible and scalable.
VITA325 provides personalized rehabilitation plans using AI algorithms that analyze movement patterns and recovery progress. The system adapts exercises and suggestions in real-time based on individual performance, ensuring more effective and faster recovery.
Users can perform their rehab exercises anywhere—without needing to visit clinics. This remote rehab model is especially valuable for:
• Amputees with limited mobility
• People in rural or underserved areas
• Healthcare systems aiming to reduce costs and improve follow-up care
Competitors
There are not direct competitors. The similar solution is offered by OneStep but it differs a lot.

Business model
The business model is B2B2C, with multiple revenue streams:
1. B2B: Clinics and Rehabilitation Centers
o Licensing/SaaS Model: Subscription-based pricing for clinics, hospitals, and rehab centers.
o Clinics pay to use the app with their patients, enabling remote monitoring, reporting, and increased patient throughput.
2. B2C: Direct to Patients
o Freemium App Model: Patients download the app for free, with access to basic features. Advanced features (e.g., AI coaching, tele-rehab modules) are unlocked via subscription or one-time purchases.
3. Partnerships with Prosthetics Manufacturers and Insurers
o Integration with prosthetic clinics to improve post-amputation recovery.
o Partnerships with health insurers to offer VITA325 as a reimbursable digital therapeutic.
4. Data Insights and Analytics
o De-identified, anonymized biomechanical data can be packaged (compliant with health data privacy laws) for clinical research or product development in rehab tech or prosthetics sectors.
Money will be spent on
Purpose:
To validate the effectiveness, accuracy, and clinical relevance of the VITA325 mobile application for gait analysis and e-rehabilitation in individuals with lower-limb amputations.
Key Activities Funded:
• Design and execution of clinical trials in collaboration with leading rehabilitation clinics and hospitals.
• Recruitment of participants, including diverse groups of lower-limb amputees (varied age, cause of amputation, prosthetic type).
• Data collection and analysis to assess improvements in gait, rehabilitation outcomes, and quality of life.
• Regulatory preparation, including compliance with MDR (EU) and FDA (US) standards as a Class I or II medical device.
Rehab patients might not consistently use the app or follow recommendations, especially without clinical supervision. Drop-off rates for health apps can be high.
