VITA325 is an AI-powered mobile platform that transforms any smartphone into a smart rehabilitation tool—starting with lower limb prosthetics.
Al-driven platform + mobile app give analysis via smartphone to speed up recovery by up to 80%.

At the moment, we have an MVP that includes basic functions. In order for rehabilitation centers with which we have signed letters of intent to begin implementing our application, we need to add several functions to it and conduct clinical trials.

Who they are: Individuals with lower-limb amputations (above-knee or below-knee), using prosthetics.
Primary condition: Recovering from amputation surgery, undergoing rehabilitation, or adapting to new prosthetics.

What they want: Affordable, personalized, and convenient rehab support at home. Progress tracking, feedback, and motivation to improve walking ability.

Currently, people with disabilities, people with prostheses, are forced to visit rehabilitation centers for physiotherapy and analysis of rehabilitation progress. The lack of a sufficient number of rehabilitation centers, specialists, creates queues, and also significantly increases the workload of working specialists. Our application will help to free up a large amount of time for rehabilitation specialists and help to concentrate on the analysis of already received data.

Unlike most gait analysis or rehab systems that rely on expensive wearables or motion capture equipment, VITA325 uses only the sensors already built into a standard smartphone (gyroscope, accelerometer, etc.). This dramatically reduces the cost and complexity for users, making advanced gait analysis more accessible and scalable.

VITA325 provides personalized rehabilitation plans using AI algorithms that analyze movement patterns and recovery progress. The system adapts exercises and suggestions in real-time based on individual performance, ensuring more effective and faster recovery.

Users can perform their rehab exercises anywhere—without needing to visit clinics. This remote rehab model is especially valuable for:

There are not direct competitors. The similar solution is offered by OneStep but it differs a lot.

Purpose:
To validate the effectiveness, accuracy, and clinical relevance of the VITA325 mobile application for gait analysis and e-rehabilitation in individuals with lower-limb amputations.
Key Activities Funded:
• Design and execution of clinical trials in collaboration with leading rehabilitation clinics and hospitals.
• Recruitment of participants, including diverse groups of lower-limb amputees (varied age, cause of amputation, prosthetic type).

Rehab patients might not consistently use the app or follow recommendations, especially without clinical supervision. Drop-off rates for health apps can be high.
