AiAction is already deployed in the field with municipal and we are preparaing a pilot with a a major Portuguese insurance company and other with a partner at South Korea. Our use case in Bajouca (Portugal) covers multiple square km with 4 cameras, replacing the need for firewatchers and reducing monitoring costs by over 10x. We've been recognized with awards such as “AI Innovation Project of the Year,” and were selected for major programs including NextGen Mobility, Protechting. We’re now preparing to scale across Portugal and expand into international markets.

Wildfires and water threats cause billions in damages every year due to delayed detection and inefficient monitoring. Many regions—especially rural or private lands—lack the resources for constant surveillance. Existing technologies like thermal cameras or sensors are expensive and often generate false alarms, making them inaccessible or unreliable at scale.

AiAction is an AI-powered computer vision system that mimics human surveillance to detect wildfires and water threats in real time, using standard optical cameras. It covers up to 30 km radius, drastically reduces false alarms using our proprietary Intelligent Decision-Making Reasoning (IDMR) system, and eliminates the need for costly human patrols. The system is scalable, easy to deploy, and provides early, accurate alerts for fast emergency response.

We operate on a B2B model, offering a one-time deployment fee (approx. €10K per site) plus an annual license and support fee (€2.5K). Our clients include municipalities, forestry companies, landowners, and infrastructure operators. Future models will include API-based offerings and integrations with insurers and environmental risk platforms. As we grow, we aim to offer bundled packages and analytics-driven upselling based on threat intelligence and historical data.
