Helping Facility Managers run maintenance 7X faster and 3X cheaper using Agentic AI
Current Status
Utilizing an international $2.5M grant, we built the world’s first multimodal rule engine—the core foundation that powers the architecture of the industry's first Agentic AI for facility maintenance—that went live November last year. Over 2.5 years while building it, we engaged over 15 global customers—securing paid and unpaid pilots to train our AI with real-world data.
Just three months post-launch, we’re nearing $1M in ARR—with a $3M pipeline, and $1.8M of it expected to close in the next few months.
Currently seeking $2M seed to capture the $1.8M in committed pipeline; $295 committed
Problem or Opportunity
In the U.S. alone, over 6 million buildings and facilities spend 21 minutes per complaint just processing, planning, scheduling, and dispatching a technician.
Post-COVID, this pain has intensified. Maintenance managers across enterprises, industries, and facilities are now handling 61% more work orders than the previous year. With budget cuts, hiring freezes, and mass retirements of Facility Managers (FMs), understaffing is here to stay. Supply chain delays have further depleted inventories, forcing newly hired, inexperienced teams to do more with less.
Solution (product or service)
Sensfix changes the game. Our AI-driven agents operate autonomously and assist human facility managers, slashing response time from 21 minutes to under 3 minutes.
From the moment an issue is reported to the second the right service personnel arrives on-site, Sensfix’s Agentic AI fully automates this process, running unmanned and eliminating inefficiencies.
