Current Status

Post Revenue - We have 8 paid enterprise customers onboarded with 5-50 seats as part of Y1 annual contract. Renewed our first two customers. 0% churn so far. We have 3 more customers closing in Q1, with ARR expected to be $62,292 end of Q1.

Meahana is a smarter kind of meeting technology—a platform that recommends the best methodology, guides meetings in real time, and delivers actionable insights so teams can align quickly and make better decisions. It empowers any business leader to run consultant-quality meetings with minimal prep while simultaneously teaching them the design process. And with instant synthesis of meeting data, there’s zero follow-up work.

Business model

We sell annual contract licenses on a per seat, or enterprise agreement.
Per seat is $1320/year.

Enterprise contracts - $6600-100K. For early enterprise customers we have charged them for 5-10 seats on an annual contract and given them 5x that number of seats in the first year to drive adoption and get stickier in their organization. We expect the Y2 renewals to be negotiated based on usage of additional seats.
