Traction and Current Status
To date, we have successfully run multiple cohorts, investing $18,000 into the program. Our previous sessions have engaged students in STEAM research, mentorship, and leadership activities, building a strong foundation for expansion.
For Summer 2025, we are scaling up to 200 participants and planning to invest $25,000 to enhance the program’s impact. With growing demand and institutional support, we are strengthening our model for long-term sustainability and broader reach.
Problem or Opportunity
Hogwarts Summer School solves the lack of hands-on research, mentorship, and networking for students in Uzbekistan. Many struggle to apply their knowledge in real-world projects or connect with experts. Our program provides a supportive space where students explore STEAM research, work on impactful projects, and learn from experienced mentors. By blending education, interactive learning, and community-building, we help students gain skills, confidence, and connections to succeed in their future careers.

Hogwarts Summer School provides an immersive STEAM research program where students gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership training. Business model
-Sponsorships & Grants – We partner with universities, corporate sponsors, and government programs to fund participant scholarships, mentor incentives, and operational costs.
Institutional Support—New Uzbekistan University provides logistical and financial backing, including facilities, transportation, and expert mentorship.
-Participant Contributions – Students who do not receive sponsorships can self-fund their participation, ensuring flexibility and wider reach.
Future Expansion: To diversify RS, we aim to introduce premium mentorship programs, research partnerships, and online courses
