Idea

We help businesses increase sales conversion rate by 3x using AI on WhatsApp

Current Status

Today, we have over 100 clients across eight countries, including Brazil. We’re generating $25,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR), growing at 10% each month, with a 70% margin and an LTV/CAC ratio of 5x. The opportunity on the WhatsApp channel is huge: the number of companies using the WhatsApp API has grown from 1,000 to 50,000 in just four years, and spending on this channel is expected to increase from $1.4B to $38B over the next three years. This supports our goal of reaching $100M in revenue in the next 7 to 10 years.

Problem or Opportunity

In my 10+ years in the communications industry, I saw how hard it was for businesses to adapt to technology changes like omnichannel platforms, chatbots, and now AI. Most companies don’t have teams or strategies to design good customer experiences, and competitors mainly provide software, not a full conversational strategy. This leads to poor customer experiences and, in many cases, causes companies to lose up to 50% of potential sales.

Solution (product or service)

We developed a unique method that we implement with our conversational CRM solution, helping businesses improve their sales conversion rates by up to 3X on WhatsApp, which has become a key customer channel. For example, we worked with Kawasaki, helping them grow from handling 200 conversations per month to 18,000, reducing their rate of unattended leads from 45% to less than 3%.

Business model

We focus on mid-sized companies (50-500 employees) in areas like e-commerce, tourism, education, and tech. Flexi is different because we already have real clients, successful use cases, and a regional presence that lets us scale quickly. We also have access to data that will help us improve our AI models, aiming to triple sales conversion rates through WhatsApp and deliver more personalized and efficient experiences.
With a 95% customer satisfaction rate and strong client retention, we’re set for sustainable growth.
