Wisary is leveraging AI to facilitate collaboration between product and engineering teams to bring the right products to market faster.

Current Status

- Our previous prototype - Wisary as a Chrome Extension, reached 170+ signed-up users.
- We launched the MVP on Atlassian Marketplace 2 months ago, with 20+ customers installing + 8 design partners.

Problem or Opportunity

The disconnect between business and engineering teams in software development leads to 70% of software initiatives going over budget, over time, and falling short of delivering the right product, costing the industry $50B annually. This is primarily due to miscommunication between product and engineering. Although AI has the potential to address this, we need to transfer organizational knowledge from people's brains to a format AI can access to benefit from it.

Solution (product or service)

Wisary, an AI-powered tool, helps Product Leaders align business and engineering by ensuring engineers focus on relevant work. Wisary assists with creating high-quality PRDs, task breakdowns, status updates, and change impact analysis, identifying gaps and risks, and reducing meetings while providing real-time insights. With Wisary, Product Leaders can overcome the disconnect, build the right products efficiently, and keep documents up-to-date, transferring knowledge from people's brains to a digital format solving the immediate problem while paving the way for future AI applications.

Business model

Our customer is a product leader (CEO/CPO/VP Product, Head of Product) who is responsible for building the product that solves customer needs and doing so efficiently.

1. We start by targeting mid-size organizations using Confluence. We distribute Wisary as a Confluence App on Atlassian Marketplace, starting at $40 /seat/year and growing to $120 /seat/year.
2. Expanding to Enterprise Confluence customers -> $500,000 /year
3. Expanding beyond the Atlassian ecosystem to target software organizations using other productivity platforms
