AirGen is an AI technology that lets users connect their professional tools to AI assistants that manage complex tasks autonomously. Designed for non-technical users, AirGen makes advanced AI simple and accessible. 

Current Status

We are in the seed stage, reinvesting $30k from our previous business. We plan to raise our seed round in San Francisco in mid-October, leveraging connections with VCs and angel investors. Our MVP is completed and is being tested by 50 target users, providing valuable feedback for refinement. After four months of full-time dedication, we are focused on securing funding and further developing the product. Currently, we are in the pilot phase with no paying customers yet.

We’re a Microsoft partner with access to $300k in Azure credits, which allows us to avoid cloud infrastructure costs for the first few years, resulting in near-full profitability during that time. Additionally, we have a partnership with Google, providing access to $300k in Google Cloud credits once we secure seed funding, further reducing our operating costs. These partnerships enable us to scale efficiently while keeping cloud expenses minimal, maximizing our profit margins.

Business model

Our go-to-market strategy revolves around a SaaS model, with a strong focus on online sales. We’ll leverage digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, and SEO to drive traffic to our platform. Additionally, we plan to form strategic partnerships with B2B platforms and tech ecosystems, allowing us to tap into their existing customer bases by offering seamless integrations with the tools businesses already use. Money will be spent on

Our seed funding will primarily be spent on developing ( developers ) AirGen into a fully functional product. Once we have a solid product, we will focus on scaling sales, followed by a Series A funding round to expand marketing efforts, further improve the product, and drive mass sales. Our ultimate goal is to grow the company into a billion-dollar enterprise.

Offer for investor

We are raising $1.8 million in seed funding with the goal of building a billion-dollar company. In exchange, we are offering under 15% equity, though the specific terms can be discussed one-on-one with interested investors.

Risks

We have analyzed our ESG risks, and the most material issues for our business are / will be . the risk of delayed product release or the possibility of competing technologies being released before ours, because this could impact our ability to develop a market-leading solution in time, which would affect our competitiveness.
