We automatically generate the first draft of the police report to cut in half the time required by police officers to document, to improve their productivity by 25%, to protect more and document less.
Current Status
Successfully completed our first police department pilot with Bentonville Police Department with 100 sworn officers. The Police Chief is currently in the midst of securing $409K ARR to close the deal. The #3 BodyCam platform is strategically partnering to make CLIPr an integrated feature of their platform, to directly reach hundreds of police departments. The annual opportunity together is estimated to be between $27M-$45M annually. This partnership will be publicly announced in October at the International Association for Chiefs of Police along with an NYPD pilot, with 36K officers.
Problem or Opportunity
On average a police officer spends half their time Documenting and the other half Protecting the streets. Our goal is to cut that time in half, so that they can spend 75% of their time Protecting and just 25% of their time Documenting.
Solution (product or service)
CLIPr Generative AI automatically receives the BodyCam recordings to generate the first draft of the Police report. The officer receives an e-mail to review, edit and submit the final police report, while also being able to conveniently search, refer to and review key moments within their video.
Business model
CLIPr charges $0.09 a minute. For a Low incident district this translates to $4000 per officer per year (2 hours on avg per day). For a moderate incident district, $6K per officer per year (3 hours per day). For a high incident district $8K per officer per year (4 hours per day).
