After pivoting to B2B model, we now have have 6 current and confirmed customers from food tech, grocery, restaurant chain and table reservation verticals.

According to a UN these diseases are responsible for causing death to more than 11 million people every year - that's 1 in every 5 people dying globally.
Tackling these diseases has now become a TOP priority for most developed countries as it drains nearly 30% of annual healthcare budgets. And the scientific accord points to personalised food and nutrition is key for fixing this.

Solution (product or service)

We are unlocking healthy living by matching food & nutrient intakes to users' metabolism. Our proprietary AI maps foods' macro, micro & phytonutrients to users' unique biomarkers enabling them to discover and consume the right type & amount of nutrients that help them stay healthy for a longer period of time.

We provide technology integrations via APIs to food technology platforms, health & care providers and grocery sellers - enabling them to build highly personalised food plans that are aimed at boosting health and longevity.

Gaston functions as a B2B SaaS platform with two distinct revenue streams.

Revenue stream 1: Food and Nutrition Personalisation APIs. We provide technology integration via APIs.
