With clients like Panasonic, McKinsey, Skanska, Pandatron supports talent development, digital and cultural transformations at scale with 1000s of employees using conversational AI coaching.

Current Status

400k ARR total. Panasonic just scaled their pilot to 250k USD ARR contract and already budgeted to further scale to 3M USD ARR early 2025. McKinsey, Merck, Oliver Wyman and 10 more corporations are piloting, our pilot revenue is 500k USD per year and last month we were breakeven. Our user retention rate is 50-70% at 6 months. We've also partnered with consulting firms McKinsey, Mercer, KPMG, Sopra Steria, Kelly Services, COACH A Ltd to resell our solution. We also have exclusive content partnerships with top thought leaders in the world such as Jeffrey Pfeffer and Sonja Lyubomirsky.

Problem or Opportunity

70% of corporate change management programs fail. In many ways, this is a behavior change problem: when attending a training program, 85% of employees dont apply the lessons to their work. It is also a mindset challenge as often employees are scared of the potential changes and don’t see the personal benefit. There is also a lack of alignment and dialogue between the management and the employees about the company's goals, culture, and processes. On average, 95% of a company’s employees are unaware of, or do not understand, its strategy.

Solution (product or service)

Uniquely scalable AI coaching, a chatbot that integrates into Teams and Slack and supports employees across the whole spectrum of soft skills. We are also delivering reports to the management on the systemic bottlenecks we observe in the coaching conversations. These insights make HR surveys obsolete.

Business model

SaaS, we charge 10-75 USD per month per person depending on the number of users.
