Listing all the worlds restaurants and the deals they offer.
Enabling restaurants to post deals on the app that are then broadcast to their customers. Showcasing 3rd party deals as the ROKU of restaurant deals
Current Status
The application is complete. We seek funding to launch. The initial phase is the most funding intensive as it involves bringing on the restaurants to the application across the US market. This involves enlisting and managing an army of Gig workers being paid $35.00 bounty per restaurant to cold call the managers, introduce the app and have the manager sign in on their personal cell phone.
Once we achieve induction of 30,000 restaurants we then launch to the public. It is critical that when the public hits the app they see deals to buy. Otherwise the advertising revenue and infrastructure investment is waisted.

Restaurant Mobile application
Problem or Opportunity
We solve 3 problems with one application
- Customers don’t have a central source with all the restaurants and the deals they
offer.
- Restaurants need a better platform to attract dine-in customers.
- Restaurant incentive partners need a way to showcase their deals to reach a larger audience.
Solution (product or service)
Not sure what you are asking here.
Competitors
There is no like competition. We list all the restaurants for free and the deals they offer.
No company has expended the effort and expense to bring on the restaurants and show the deals each restaurant offers. No company has built the template style backend that enables managers to create deals and broadcast them to customers.
Advantages or differentiators
Their are many competitors in the space using Websites and coupon models all of which we invite to be showcased on the app on a commission basis.
We show all the restaurants in the world. We have created the ROKU of restaurant mobile applications.
Finance
Commissions on deals sold, commissions on 3rd party deals showcased, banner advertising, subscription fees, advanced services fees, display fees, video production fees.
We conduct the transactions on the app and pay the restaurants the proceeds minus commissions and fees.
Business model
B2B2C
Inside sales people managing outside gig worker representatives on straight commission.
Ongoing App development
Contract video production managed by inside video production resources.
Money will be spent on
Infrastructure, facilities, personnel, bounties on signing restaurants, ongoing app development, marketing and advertising.
Co-founders will not take salaries until we reach profitability.

Offer for investor

Projected ROI = 26.7%
Investors are encouraged to purchase a minimum 5% equity stake for $400,000.
ROI at the 12 months is projected at $506,153. = 26.7%
The full $2,000,000 must be committed before we accept any investment.
If we are unable to raise the required funding then we will be unable to bring on the restaurants first. Without the deals in place there is no reason to launch to the public. Bringing on the public is the easies part. We cover the table with ad buys on social media and other affordable methods. "Looking for a great deal on restaurant dining, go to dineindeals.app"
