We introducing an automated technical support system that seamlessly integrates into the work environment. We aim to provide experience akin to having an expert on your engineering team, offering the same level of insight and guidance. While robots are our primary target market, we can support any electromechanical product with documentation and a need for support during design and after release.
Business model
We have two types of offers: one in which customers use our webpage with usage-based billing and the other in private deployment, in which customers take responsibility for hosting and operating our system within their infrastructure.
