Current Status

Currently, our project is beyond the idea stage and has transitioned into a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase. We have a working product available on the market, with approximately 10 active installs on the Play Store. Our goal is to further develop and refine the application to attract a larger user base, aiming to reach 10,000 active users. While still in the early stages, we're focused on iterating based on user feedback, enhancing features, and implementing strategies to scale our user acquisition efforts and drive adoption of the Audio Book Maker platform.

Risks

I'm really confident in our business, but I know there are some risks we need to be aware of. One big thing is competition. Even though we're the first ones doing this, there's always a chance someone else could come along with a similar idea. So we've got to keep pushing ourselves to stay ahead.

Then there's market acceptance. I'm pretty sure people are going to love what we're offering, but if for some reason there isn't as much demand for audiobook conversion services as we expect, it could slow us down. We've really got to make sure we're hitting the mark with what people want.

And of course, technology is always changing. We're on top of things now, but who knows what new tools or methods might come along that could make our product outdated. We've got to stay flexible and keep evolving with the times.

Economic factors could also play a part. If people aren't spending as much, they might not see audiobook conversion as a priority. It's something we've got to keep an eye on for sure.


We're always looking for ways to improve and make sure our customers have the best experience possible. With that attitude, I'm confident we can handle whatever challenges come our way and make this business a success.

As of now, we have not participated in any specific Incubation or Acceleration programs. Our focus has been primarily on developing and launching our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Audio Book Maker. The MVP is currently live with 11 active users, and we're actively gathering feedback and iterating on the product based on user insights. While we're open to exploring opportunities for incubation or acceleration in the future, our current efforts are centered on refining and growing our product independently.
