Idea

We provide a "Bloomberg" terminal to advisors to serve their end clients. It optimizes any portfolio using our AI engine, Genesis, which is primarily concentrated on predictive analytics.

Current Status

Revenue generating with traction of MRR of over US$30,000. Revenues to be approximately US$250,000 in 2024. Configuring and developing more connectivities to market data providers to provide a customized universe for any B2B enterprise client that wants to subscribe to our plug-and-play terminal.

Market

As a first mover in Asia in terms of "advisors first" AI, we believe that we have the domain knowledge to be able to scale the platform and emphasize a scalable sales platform emphasizing portfolio management over product pushing. Asia is on the cusp of regulatory and customer movement to offer more financial advisory services versus product pushing commission based services. Accordingly, we see premium markets like Korea and the rest of Asia adopting this portfolio-based investment service and expect to take advantage of the green field opportunity and market leader in this wealthtech segment.

Problem or Opportunity

I believe that we are solving one of the most important pain points in FinTech, and have figured out the model to make portfolio management simple and scalable with proven technology (used by clients) for widespread adoption. Why we think this will work is because this aligns with advisors *that actually use the terminal* to create the larger platform and ecosystem, enabling them to provide more financial products and services in seamless manner.

Solution (product or service)

Our platform is primed to digitize a wide range of use cases in the wealth management space by drawing on and harmonizing functionalities. The modularity of the platform allows the user to construct various user journeys to perform various tasks. The journeys are geared, at multiple touchpoints, for the advisor to upsell opportunities to their client(s).

Competitors

Businesses that carry on a TAMP-like business, including ENVESTNET, SEI and Investcloud. Technology-driven asset management companies like SEI and Blackrock. Core banking systems like Avaloq and Themanos. Robo advisors are not our competitors as they are B2C and our model is B2B2C.

Advantages or differentiators

Distinctive in that it is multi-asset, multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional with multiple local data providers and global data providers plugged into our virtual terminal with Ui/UX to share with end clients through the advisor and/or relationship manager.

First cloud based, SaaS wealth management solution rolled out and commercialized in Korea, among other regions.

Finance

Based on the most recent data, there are more than 1,900 banks (or banking institutions) of scale in Asia with 4,000+ asset managers (in the US, the number of banks is closer to 4,000). Assuming that we only target banks, our topline should exceed US$10 million with less than 5% market share of banks -- which do not include securities companies or insurance companies. We also have not inlcuded IFAs or EAMs, as this market is growing with the wealth fr om Asia.

In addition, emerging markets like the Middle East and Latin America (wh ere there approximately 400+ sizable banking institutions), also will be a market for us in the near future.

Business model

SaaS, cloud based model, with a monthly subscription fee. Implementation fee can be charged depending on connectivities to market data providers and/or other customizations.
