We are building the intelligence for voice AI by solving some of the hardest problems like latency, humanlike conversations and minimal hallucinations.
Current Status
Currently we have a couple of design partners across 2 continents :
1: GPS provider company in Europe wanting an AI contact centre for their overseas customers. We are in advanced stages of solutioning for their GPS app customers.
2: Hospitality centre in India wanting a conversational AI to help their 100% differently abled employees and their restaurant customers. We are in initial stages of requirements gathering with them.
Problem or Opportunity
Building humanlike voice AI is extremely hard as current GPT systems fail during human interruptions and cant handle true multi turn conversations and have a latency of 3-5 seconds. this is also very expensive at scale.
We at Digitar AI are taking a unique approach of solving these problems by building intelligence for voice AI by ensuring that AI responses are human like with minimal latency, handling interruptions gracefully and most importantly holding true multi turn conversations.
Solution (product or service)
Digitar is solving the hardest problems of voice AI by creating the conversational intelligence backbone layer. This layer abstracts most of the complexities by delivering end to end voice conversations with
- explainable AI in every response (patent pending)
- have human like conversations by
- incorporating graceful interruption handling with retaining context for every sub conversation
- competitive cost at scale.
Business model
Our business model includes a pay as you go subscription where our customers are charged on a per minute of conversation. We are looking at an average ACV of $30K to $50K in the first year.
