Market
Personal flying car with a local and global market. eVTOL is at the peak of demand globally and now is the time to bring technology break through. Flying car market reached 55 million in 2021. Flying car market is exponentially growing and is forecasted to reach $4225.2 million by 2029 and $1533.471 Billion by 2040 with 58.1% CAGR. We are targeting transportation market and specifically personal med and small size passenger car market in addition to air transportation market.

Transportation issues with eVTOL from speed and scale prospective. Issues with eVTOL propellers technology, cost, and other aspects that prevents competitors from scaling.
Solution (product or service)
Replace rotors and propellers in eVTOLs with electronic, electro magnetic generator. This product is silent, scalable in cities, and has a better range for a lower cost. Invo Station will sell the "luxury Invo Station" to customers which will count for 80% of the revenue. 15% of the revenue will be from subscriptions services and 5% from leasing and regulatory credits.
Competitors
Existing competition lacks technology advantage. they are very costly, loud, unsafe due to the propellers, requires helipads and runways and can not scale. The competition with their existing technology brings no threat since they really can not scale and will be potentially obsolete as soon as we ramp up production.

Silent, cost advantage, longer milage, safe due to not using propellers, does not require runways or helipads and small enough to be used in crowded cities around the world. In addition to being able to utilize existing infrastructure.
Finance
With our direct distribution model revenue should start after the 3rd year and start spiking up at the fifth year. We will be selling directly to the customer online and delivering to the customer address directly. First 3 years will not be profitable due to capital cost and will start becoming profitable the the fourth and fifth year. Profit will grow after that exponentially as we ramp up production.
Business model
Direct distribution model from manufacturing to customer. Customer will be able to order Invo Station online and it will be delivered to them directly. The first Invo Station will be targeting luxury market with a luxury model. Invo Station will be priced at $350,000. After that the economic model will be release. After scaling up production, the cost will drop to $60,000 which will bring a massive scale of orders. Once we pay off investors we will release extended range model and solar model as well. Subscription will an important aspect of the revenue specially with the luxury model.
Money will be spent on
Manufacturing Invo Station and licensing the eVTOL from FAA. Developing Invo Dome, AI Powered vehicle autonomy system.

FAA slow adoption. We would like to have our vehicles everywhere, the FAA is slowly allowing the spread of eVTOL technology, in other ways this is helpful to give us time to launch.
Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment
V0 Invo Moon vehicle will be released in Jan 2025. We are exhibiting at CES and will reveal the vehicle during media conference at CES. Will also have the vehicle available at CES for public Demo. We are also exhibiting in TechCrunch.

Invo Station has been out in public just as of Sep 2022 due to patents in progress and is just now asking for funding. We have attracted the attention of various Japanese companies in the car industry and delivery industry as well.
