Revolutionizing employee-employer relationship in Mexico, our SaaS platform simplifies complex payroll and HR tasks, saving time and ensuring compliance.

Current Status

Over the past year, Tadá has experienced a CAGR of 69%, showcasing significant achievement compared to 2022. At present, we have an active customer base of 39, and 5,824 active employees (users), with an increase of 14% uptick from the figures recorded in 2022. As of December 23, our ARR stands at $504k.
We have a contribution margin of 55%. Looking ahead, we project this margin to soar to 78% due to the marginal costs and the scalability of our SaaS platform.

Problem or Opportunity

The complexity of payroll in Mexico not only makes calculating and processing payroll a daunting task but also introduces the risk of legal compliance issues, resulting in costly errors and payroll delays. These complexities, which includes tax laws, unions, and labor regulations, demand a considerable amount of time, diverting HRs attention away from what’s important, their people.

We developed a technological payroll and HR platform, adhere to Mexico’s laws, designed to seamlessly connect all facets of the payroll process by offering significant time savings, managing payroll calculations and processing for companies of any size or structure. Beyond payroll, we have crafted an ecosystem will al the best HR practices, fostering an environment where every employee is heard, seen, and valued.

Business model

Our business operates as a B2B SaaS platform, with a pricing model that centers around a base charge of $6.9 USD per employee. In addition to this user-based fee, we incorporate a supplementary charge for implementations, depending on the size of the company.
Furthermore, our flexible business model has custom developments tailored to specific client requirements. The pricing for these customized developments is determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the intricacies and scope of the development requested. This approach enables us to deliver tailored solutions to our customers.
