No Impunity delivers the funding and digital infrastructure that environmental and human rights litigation groups need but can rarely afford.
Current Status
Since its start in September 2022, No Impunity joined UCL's startup incubator and the Blockchain Founders Group, was selected as an impactful startup at the Web Summit, and secured a grant from Harm Reduction International. Our portfolio now comprises four cases spanning three jurisdictions. We have built a community of 1800 followers and a network of 10 partners dedicated to our cause.We've successfully initiated our first public case in November 2023, serving as a proving ground for our tech infrastructure.

The revenue model comprises a tiered fee structure: a 3.5% fee on capital invested for human rights and environmental cases plus a 10% fee on successful resolutions, promising up to 10x returns. In restricted cases, it takes a 20% success fee from confidential corporate governance cases with selective investor funding. A subscription-based software solution to civil organizations, priced between £150 and £450 monthly, tailored to facilitate collective decision-making and impact reporting.
