Idea

PluggableAI is the leading solution for meaningful mobile engagement. Using AI and non-intrusive sensorization in mobile apps, our technology significantly increases app engagement rates.

Current Status

First and foremost, it should be said that we are now starting the process of raising a seed round. This is important to understand that, at this stage, our goal was not set in revenue, but, instead, in traction. In terms of customers, we are currently working with Sporting Clube de Braga, Sumol+Compal, RTP, GoBuddy, and FactXeker, among others. We are in advanced stages with Magikbee, Dengun, TUB – Transportes Urbanos de Braga, Nordensa, CTT – Correios de Portugal, EDP – Energias de Portugal, Vitória Sport Clube, Liga Portugal (association that manages the Portuguese football) and UEFA.

Problem or Opportunity

Current mobile engagement solutions are simply unintelligent and intrusive, being unaware of the customers susceptibility to receive communications, which impacts user engagement and brand visibility. The tech of big players only allow companies to create online campaigns of bulk notifications and pre-define at which hour such notifications will be sent. This is as far as these platforms go.

Solution (product or service)

Using disruptive AI models and more than 60 non-intrusive mobile sensors (such as the accelerometer, the temperature of the CPU, ...), Pluggable created a truly Smart Notification System, i.e., an intelligent system for creating, optimizing, and delivering notifications at the best time to each single person, allowing companies to communicate efficient and effectively (personalized communication), thus increasing user engagement, app retention, brand perception and awareness, while eliminating feelings of spam/intrusion (with our solution engagement rates can increase from 1-4% up to 25%).

Business model

PluggableAI customers are companies that have their own mobile app. The monetization strategy is user-based, i.e., companies with more customers (mobile app active users) pay more than companies with less users. Hence, our goals are aligned with those of our customers - THEY GROW, WE GROW! In terms of pricing, a price of 0.01 €, or less, is charged per each active app user.
