serviceMob is a customer service analytics company that uses AI and ML to help businesses optimize their customer service operation and deliver phenomenal service to their customers at a lower cost.
Current Status
serviceMob currently has $875,000 in Total Annualized Contract Value. That is across 9 customers including ServiceTitan (Cloud 100), Sonder (NAS: SOND), Harley-Davidson, SiteMinder, and Berkshire-Hathaway / BNSF Railway.
Problem or Opportunity
serviceMob is solving the observability problem that exists in many businesses' customer service operations. Right now it is incredibly challenging to try and visualize the data of service to get a view into how well the operation is performing. The reason why is because the data of service is fragmented across the 10-15 different softwares and technologies in the tech stack that make customer service work. Unifying that data into actionable insights is incredibly challenging and a very expensive problem for too many businesses.
Solution (product or service)
serviceMob solves this problem by unifying all of the data of service into a singular platform, a single source of truth, that models the data in a place where VPs of Customer Service, Chief Customer Officers, Manager, and front-line agents can see their data and improve performance accordingly. If you cant measure it, you cant improve it; as Peter Drucker said, and that is what serviceMob empowers business to do. We help businesses save a minimum of 10 percent in their service operation.
Business model
We charge $50 per Active Agent per month, as well as a $1,000 platform fee for data warehousing, and a variable implementation fee. The contract terms are for 12 months. For implementation, it takes somewhere between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the customers tech stack.
The average contract value that we see is about $100,000 annually. That would be for a customer service department with over 100 agents in their operation.
