Problem or Opportunity
Inaccurate Molecular Profiling leads to POOR Clinical Outcomes
Solution (product or service)
TB’s AccuLiftTM can be used for translational and clinical research in the following fields: oncology, neuroscience, single cells, proteomics, genomics, and digital pathology. TBI researchers found that tissue interstitial fluid is a prolific source of extracellular vesicles or exosomes. These vesicles carry vital, real-time cellular data, guiding the selection of optimal drugs for tumor treatment and tracking therapy responsiveness. Interstitial fluid exosomes hold the potential to spearhead new immunotherapies for all tumor varieties.
Business model
Our Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) microscope are one of the three core lines of business. All units are manufactured in our ISO 13485 facility in the US. Each unit sells between $85K and $190K. The LCM generates the following revenue lines for Targeted:
1. Recurring revenue via our SaaS Digital-Spatial Biology collaboration tool
2. Reagents to support analysis
3. Services
The other lines of revenue are going into the market in September.
