Current Status
MFMM = Micro-Foam Milk Maker is a prototype robotic machine that manipulates the proteins already existing in any type of milk. Ice-cream without eggs to prevent salmonella, chocolates of 90% solid cocoa, cakes and beverages with reduced sweeteners (70%) when using all natural gluten free ingredients.

Technology prepares Micro-Foam sweet milk that enhance natural sweetness of Cow and Plant – Based Milk without dairy. This micro-foam plant milk is used to prepare cakes, beverages, chocolates and ice-creams. Our process changes the molecular size of the existing proteins within the milk causing a natural sweet taste.
