Freeland VR is an interplanetary VR MMORPG where players travel between planets completing quests, socializing, racing, battling, building their own creations and hosting events.
Current Status
The product has been backed by over a 1000 crowdfunding backers, has a total user outreach of 20,000 and has been in development for four years. Freeland VR is set to release Q3 2023.
Problem or Opportunity
The issue with the VR market is that it is gripped in a fad gaming culture, with expensive experiences only lasting a couple of hours. The solution of Freeland is to create enough content and social longevity to deliver a connected gaming adventure that will defeat this negative consumer culture and usher in a golden age for VR gaming.
Solution (product or service)
The purpose of Freeland is to provide the player with complete virtual freedom within the Freeland galaxy. Players are able to socialise, become immersed in a complete MMORPG adventure, compete in races, customise their own unique player housing, and explore planets throughout the galaxy. The player has total role-playing immersion within Freeland, to forge their own experiences.
Business model
We have developed a universal and research based in-game monetisation system.
The primary monetisation system will be in-game purchases of cosmetic items. This is not a pay to win game as the items will be for cosmetic personalisation only.

Skins, Apparel, Minions, Mounts, Vehicles and Spaceships.
