We’ve built a cutting-edge mobile app that seamlessly connects top cryptocurrency exchanges, investors, and has a platform of Crypto Index Portfolios.

Current Status

ommercial with Crypto.com and the Coinbase Exchange. We have a revenue Share with Crypto.com and CoinDesk. Just launched the CoinDesk 20 Index on our platform.

We have two revenue streams. 1) Commission sharing with Exchanges, currently in place and 2) Subscriptions, will be put in place in the future

B2C. We do our marketing via the Crypto Exchanges social channels. Channels such as X, Instagram, and Discord. We have 2,400 members on our Discord and 4,000 followers on X. We had 100,000 impressions in the last month.

Offer for investor

We are raising $1.2 million through a Post-Money SAFE at a $8 million valuation cap, with a 20% discount, which includes an attached Token Warrant.

This infusion of capital will enable us to scale to 100,000 users within the next 12 months and achieve $1.2M in Revenue. Excitingly, we have secured a $160,000, "In Kind", lead investment from Panther Hollow, LLC, with legal guidance provided by Sterlington.
