Preamble serves as a safety firewall that ensures safe behavior from ChatGPT / GPT-4 and other dangerous Large Language Models.

Deployed with one major customer (one of the large social media companies).

Today's AI models such as ChatGPT are extremely unsafe, and brands cannot safely adopt them in a customer-facing manner due to huge brand risk.

We use a proprietary algorithm to do something we call Conversation Steering which guides the unsafe LLM to stay within safe guardrails.
