Solution (product or service)
The principal of ThinkBase, Dr Andy Edmonds, was a pioneer of AI. He responded to customers` concerns about the black-box nature of Neural Networks - now Deep Learning, by creating a range of solutions with similar performance over a 20 year period that are intrinsically ethical and auditable. He has combined these tools with Knowledge Graphs to create a SaaS and Teams-based solution that permits automated inference and decision making, based on Machine Learning or human input.
Business model
SaaS through the Microsoft ecosystem. Bootstrapped so far, funded by Dr Edmonds other AI consultancy. Microsoft is supporting through free Azure and incentive payments.
