Current Status

We are a spin off from a services company with approximately $2.5 M ARR.

We are in the process of building an MVP that should be operational from August 2023.

Problem or Opportunity

Only 20% of all projects succeed. Yet, the talent and processes used for accomplishing such an abysmal success rate are slow and expensive.

RS offers benefits like Flexible/on-demand scaling, Success-oriented blackbox, AI-empowered global talent, Fractional pricing w/o lock-in, Continuous monitoring, Standardization of contracts, tiered resource pricing, project planning, and success management
Such benefits allow managers and executives in American Enterprises better handle successfully routine as well as high profile work projects.

Business model

Core model has 3 components:
1. Nominal per project Initiation Fee as frivolous project deterrent
a. Hourly Fee to cover cost of service
b. Tiered pricing based on talent’s expertise, Represents ~50% of total revenue but only ~20% of gross profit
2. Delivery Fee and On-Budget Bonus for success alignment
a. IP is transferred when Delivery Fee is paid; ~30% of total revenue and >60% of gross profit
b. On-Budget Bonus paid when below estimated budget; ~7% of total revenue and >15% of gross profit
Majority of gross profit comes from delivery fee and bonus to align us with client
