It's become incredibly hard for many industries to attract and retain talent, due to a tight labor market. While many firms are turning to signing and retention bonuses, there's no way to manage them and companies are losing millions when an employee leaves with an unvested bonus.

Benefi is a platform that helps companies issue and manage a better kind of signing and retention bonus. We structure the bonus as a 0% APR forgivable loan, which helps de-risk a company's investment in a new employee, and ensures any non-earned bonuses are repaid if an employee departs the organization.

We're a SAAS with a usage component. We sell both directly to companies (usually through the COO/CFO), as well as through channels (group benefits consultants).
