The impossibility of knowing the nutritional information (micro-macro nutritional indicators) in an objective way of any of our food intakes (dishes, drinks and raw foods) means that we cannot have real and valuable information as a basis for taking action and knowing exactly what we eat to improve our health, wellness or performance & endurance (sports).
