Problem or Opportunity

Current brand loyalty is broken. There is a lack of clarity around what points can actually be used for, expiration dates and most importantly, once a user has rewards for a specific brand, they cannot be used anywhere else.

Customer acquisition costs are at an all time high, and now more than ever before, brands must find a way to increase user retention and LTV. Campaign is the solution to solve the problem of brand loyalty.

Solution (product or service)

Campaign is a no-code platform that will be the future of customer engagement for brands. Through Campaign, Web2 and Web3 brands alike can easily spin up loyalty programs or integrate their existing loyalty programs with Web3/NFT integrations which will allow customers to own their membership status, evolve their rank over time, and redeem it for interactive and engaging experiences beyond just discounts. Campaign abstracts all the smart contract code and necessary Web3 integrations away to make this process seamless for brands.

Business model

1. % of proceeds raised in a paid mint
2. Take rate (2.5%) on every reward sold
3. Monthly SaaS - $0.50 - $1 per membership NFT per month. This is $6-$12 per year, which means if a user buys one additional product because of our platform, it is worth from an LTV / retention spend perspective. It also aligns ourselves with the brands - we only make money when they do, and there are no hefty onboarding fees.
