BRiX offers a fractional real estate marketplace which allows property owners to share ownership with many investors in their corporation owned property and easily buy and sell their ownership.

Our company was incorporated on Jan 1, 2022. We raised over $250,000 since March 2022 from 16 investors, family and friends mainly. We've built an MVP and are in testing of the web based system right now. We have also acquired over 5,000 emails of potential real estate investors that are accredited. We have 10 signed Letters of Intent from property owners willing to fractionalize in our marketplace, and have one Letter of Intent for $2.5 Million for our full investment from Brickell Red in Miami.

BRiX solves the problem of having to either sell all of an investment property or not sell the whole property, as well as having to buy all of a property or none of a property.

We've created an online marketplace where it is simple and easy to buy part of a property and sell part of a property.

We primarily make revenue (2.5%-4% of the property value) from property owners willing to fractionalize their properties. We also make revenue from transaction fees, property management, and a variety of other services.
