CentiMeta is the blockchain-based platform that connects property developers and micro-investors and makes real estate investment affordable for everyone.

We already have signed-in contracts for pilot projects with 3 real estate developers and soft accepts with 2 developers. Our mobile app is ready-to-launch.

We have two large audiences: real estate developers and ordinary people. Both these audiences have a problem, and our project solves it.
Real estate developers need financing to construct their projects and do not want to overpay banks for loans. They need money throughout the construction period and especially in the early construction stages.
The second is ordinary users (18-34 y.o) who have money and want to invest it in something more profitable than bank deposits and get profit.
We connect these audiences and provide a win-win solution.

Our project connects real estate developers and ordinary users on the easy-to-use mobile platform for micro-investing. Property developers attract money for their projects, and users invest and get guaranteed profit returns when the project is finished.
To make investing affordable, we divide projects into small pieces (tokens) equal to cm2. Each token has the same price as the real object’s cm2. Ordinary users invest in tokens and get profit returns afterwhile as the token's price increases while the project is being constructed.
So users get high profit while developers get financing.

We earn money on each initial farming offering (when a real estate developer creates his new project, and we convert it to tokens) and charge transaction commission and subscription fees.
We also plan to provide a paid project promotion for developers.
