There are 5 key problems that AC3D technology is solving:
• Global housing crisis – only US market is 4M houses short
• Labor shortage – its more than 20% shortage already and rising
• Construction is the most outdated industry, it has low margin, high costs, long funding cycles and construction times, while quality is suffering due to large amount of hand labor
• Current technologies are putting modern design and housing in chains of high prices and inaccessible technologies
• CO2 and global waste reduction is necessary, construction is producing close to 45% of global CO2 emission
Solution (product or service)
AC3D is developing next-gen 3D construction printing tech (3DCP), including manufacturing of building robots (3d-printers), developing material mix and adopted concrete buildings designs.
Our technology is aimed to provide complex construction solutions for modern and affordable housing. We plan to automate 80+% of on-site construction processes and become a turnkey solution which will replace all traditional construction methods.
As result we will make construction: cheaper, more productive and fast (days vs weeks) and reduce ecological footprint (CO2 emissions and waste amount).
Business model
Our business model is supplying our turn-key tech components (robots, materials, engineering, house designs) to developers and construction companies in the US and globally.
