Capsulab addresses the growing consumer demand for fresh and personalized products - when they want and how they want it.

With its Factory in a Capsule technology, CPG brands can become the "Nespresso" of their category- providing fresh, natural and personalized products on-demand based on consumers' preferences

Current Status

Our tech is mass production ready. We are currently operating paid pilots with some of the world's leading beauty and pharma brands worldwide.

Market

Our business model is B2B. Our target market includes brands, manufacturers and distributors in the fields of Cosmetics, Food, Supplements and Pharma, based mainly in Europe and the US.

We address today's largest consumer and manufacturing mega-trends- Naturality, Freshness, Personalization, supply chain, and sustainable manufacturing. Each of those is separately estimated as a multi-billion worth industry.
For example- The main value proposition in coffee capsules is freshness. The coffee capsules market is estimated to reach US$ 6.1 Bn in 2022 and is projected to surpass US$ 9.8 Bn by 2032.

Our innovative solution is the first to address all of these fields at once, providing a multi-segments solution with a diverse value proposition in each field.

Capsulab's Factory in a Capsule tech disrupts that traditional process by changing where manufacturing happens, thus shortening the supply chain and creating products at the point of use. Our real-time manufacturing tech allows our partners to address consumers' growing demand for fresh, natural and personalized products- all mega consumer trends.

Capsulab's Factory in a Capsule tech changes consumer experience at its' core- enabling the creation of any CPG product in real-time with a one-button, one-minute operation.
We've developed offerings in the fields of Cosmetics, Food, Supplements, and Pharmaceuticals.

The Capsule tech supports up to 18 materials slots that can be mixed based on a custom recipe. It's supported by our digital platform which allows the accumulation of high-resolution usage data and uses it to help improve product performance.

Small and easily integrated into any environment, Our technology allows us to provide:
* Personalization -every product is customized on the spot to fit consumers' ever-changing needs and preferences.

* Short Supply Chain - By moving the manufacturing process to the point of use, Capsulab's tech cuts the supply chain short, ensuring supply will always meet demand perfectly.

* Active Ingredients - the raw materials are preserved in vacuumed cells until the product mix and use, thus prolonging products' shelf-life while maintaining the potency of the active ingredient and improving overall performance.

* Natural & Clean - as the product is manufactured in real-time, the brand can minimize the use of stabilizing agents.
